Let’s take a vote. Who influenced I Love You But I’ve Chosen The Darkness the most: Interpol, The Strokes, or Sean Penn in I Am Sam?
Listeners will want (and wait for) this EP to get interesting- but it never does. For an EP, this is a bad sign: EPs are meant to be relatively painless (or so the girls have told me), and I Love You But I’ve Chosen The Darkness is tedious at best. Many people may wish they’d instead chosen a kick in the pants. I, on the other hand, eagerly await the Babyshambles split.
