Video: The Prids – “I’ll Wait”

The Prids have released a video for “I’ll Wait,” one of the best tracks on their excellent 2010 release Chronosynclastic. The band has been slowly but surely releasing videos for each of the album’s tracks; “I’ll Wait” is the eighth song on the album (and the fifth video), and features Built To Spill’s Doug Martsch on guitar and harmony vocals.

Wild Flag Unveil Album Trailer, Schedule November Casbah Date

The debut album from Wild Flag, the new project of former Sleater-Kinney guitarist and vocalist/NPR contributor/sketch-comedy developer Carrie Brownstein, will hit stores on September 13. You can now sample all the tracks in the official album trailer (above), directed by Andrew Ellmaker and Lara Gallagher.

The band — which also features S-K drummer Janet Weiss, Helium and Autoclave’s Mary Timony, and Rebecca Cole of The Minders — will hit the road this fall, with a November 1 Casbah date already lined up. Full list of tour dates is below.
