Deer Tick sold out the Casbah on Friday and brought a loud, sweaty dance party with them. The band’s raw sound filled the venue, treating the elated crowd to an hour of sax, keys, distorted guitars, smoldering vocals, and rattling percussion. Deer Tick played several songs from their fourth album, Divine Providence, which was recorded in their hometown of Providence, Rhode Island, and pairs nicely with a cold beer or Jameson on ice.
